                                                 The Philippine Independence Day is an annual national holiday celebrated on the 12 th day of June to commemorate the declaration of Philippine independence from Spain on the year 1898. In December 1897, the Spanish government and the revolutionaries signed a truce, the  Pact of Biak-na-Bato , requiring that the Spanish pay the revolutionaries $ MXN 800,000 and that Aguinaldo and other leaders go into exile in  Hong Kong . Many people are asking, why should we celebrate Independence Day?                                  Principally in light of the fact that it recognizes the Filipinos announcement of their innate and basic right to opportunity and autonomy (independence from Spanish Colonialization or other unfamiliar Colonialization). Emilio Aguinaldo believed that a declaration of independence would inspire people to fight against the Spaniards, and at the same time lead other nations to recognize the independence of the Philippines.

                                                                                       No creature in this world can be pretty much as strong as a mother. She is the person who is presumably enriched with all the influence. God has in a manner enabled her to take up the affairs of the world. Also, to praise the impossible force of a mother, we celebrate this special day called Mother's day when every one of us in our own particular manner honor Motherhood and its embodiment. Consistently Mother's day is celebrated in the month May, when the entire world makes it a highlight to celebrate the commitment a mother makes to take up in smooth manner her family alongside her career and the manner in which she contributes to our society.                                 A mother without being bothered on her own health and comfort takes care of all the responsibilities of her households and all the members of the family.                                  The Heritage City of Vigan as known, blasts into joyful colors through its Binatbatan Festival, drawing crowds of neighborhood and foreign tourists to its streets lined up with the famous old houses.
